Job Duties
- greet and seat guests upon arrival
- manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
- provide excellent customer service to all guests
- coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turnover
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- answer phone inquiries regarding reservations and restaurant information
- handle guest concerns and escalate issues appropriately
