Job Requirements

must be 17 or older
ability to provide friendly and welcoming customer service
availability for flexible work schedules
ability to stand for extended periods
basic proficiency with reservation systems
excellent communication skills
team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in customer service or hospitality roles is an asset
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic computer skills for handling reservations

Job Duties

greet guests and provide a friendly first impression
escort guests to their tables
manage reservations and wait lists when necessary
maintain an organized and clean host station
provide excellent customer service and assist with guest needs
coordinate with the front of house team to ensure smooth service flow
handle phone inquiries related to reservations
