Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to manually manipulate items frequently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
- Ability to push or pull 13-25 pounds frequently
- Must pass all training tests with a score of 90% or higher
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and moderately noisy environment
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as facemasks and non-slip shoes
- Dependable with punctual attendance
- Ability to speak and hear clearly
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Assist guests in making reservations using OpenTable
- Assist servers with table assignments based on reservation details and availability
- Answer guest questions about hours, menu items, and other requests
- Seat guests and provide necessary supplies such as menus, silverware, and highchairs
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Multitask between greeting guests, answering calls, and supporting coworkers
- Organize and use OpenTable's reservation wait sheet and operate pager system
- Learn servers' names and sections to effectively rotate seatings
- Predict and quote accurate wait times for guests
- Conduct restroom checks to maintain cleanliness and supplies
- Collect and clean menus and restock greeting station
- Report to work on time and follow attendance policies
