Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to manually manipulate items frequently
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
Ability to push or pull 13-25 pounds frequently
Must pass all training tests with a score of 90% or higher
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and moderately noisy environment
Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as facemasks and non-slip shoes
Dependable with punctual attendance
Ability to speak and hear clearly
Ability to follow safety policies and procedures

Job Duties

Assist guests in making reservations using OpenTable
Assist servers with table assignments based on reservation details and availability
Answer guest questions about hours, menu items, and other requests
Seat guests and provide necessary supplies such as menus, silverware, and highchairs
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Multitask between greeting guests, answering calls, and supporting coworkers
Organize and use OpenTable's reservation wait sheet and operate pager system
Learn servers' names and sections to effectively rotate seatings
Predict and quote accurate wait times for guests
Conduct restroom checks to maintain cleanliness and supplies
Collect and clean menus and restock greeting station
Report to work on time and follow attendance policies
