Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcomed
- Manage the dining room waitlist efficiently
- Provide guests with updates and estimated wait times while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ensure tables are cleaned and ready promptly for new guests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain knowledge of menu and dining policies to assist guests
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of host station and entrance area
