Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Commitment to making a positive impact on guest experience
- Ability to remain stationary and maintain mobility for long periods
- Capacity to safely bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical stamina to remain on feet and lift items up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards
- Ability to greet guests with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door and welcome them into the restaurant
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain the overall guest flow within the dining area
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and manage seating arrangements
- Deliver menus and provide information about daily specials
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
