Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Commitment to making a positive impact on guest experience
  • Ability to remain stationary and maintain mobility for long periods
  • Capacity to safely bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
  • Willingness to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Physical stamina to remain on feet and lift items up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to follow health and safety standards
  • Ability to greet guests with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly at the door and welcome them into the restaurant
  • Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
  • Maintain the overall guest flow within the dining area
  • Escort guests to their assigned tables and manage seating arrangements
  • Deliver menus and provide information about daily specials
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
