Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for a full shift of 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer at the restaurant with a smile
  • Quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
  • Attend to customers by providing special experiences
  • Escort customers to their tables and provide a flawless experience
  • Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
  • Focus on your team and customers: every decision should consider the customer and team
