Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- age 18 or older
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings
Job Qualifications
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest and team member touch points
- present clean menus and assist with menu suggestions
- ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests
- thank guests and invite them to return
- assist in managing waitlists during busy periods
- support the front-of-house team in daily operations
