Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally
- Punctual and prepared for shift while in uniform
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of menu items and restaurant specials
- Awareness of events and VIP guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or host/hostess role preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in using reservation software like SevenRooms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Friendly and attentive customer service mindset
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in person and on the phone with sincere hospitality
- Maintain a clean and orderly host stand
- Utilize SevenRooms in tandem with VIP table hosts to track individual guest preferences
- Utilize SevenRooms to ensure proper bookings for reservations and VIP guests
- Perform all duties assigned by the manager on duty
- Follow up with guests upon departure to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor FOH atmosphere including lighting, music volume, and cleanliness
