Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
maintain a clean and organized host stand
coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to manage table flow
provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
ensure a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests
