Job Requirements

ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
no prior restaurant experience required as training is provided
must be at least 18 years of age
capable of standing for extended periods
good physical stamina
reliable transportation to work
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to remain composed and friendly under pressure
previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
manage waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
update guests about wait times with a friendly demeanor
prepare dining tables promptly for new guests
maintain a calm and positive attitude during busy periods
collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
