Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in busy environments
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Manage the dining room flow by coordinating the waitlist
- Update guests regularly with a friendly attitude
- Ensure tables are clean and ready for new guests
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor throughout shifts
- Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
