Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand or move around for extended periods of up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- effective verbal communication skills
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during entire shifts
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- commitment to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is an asset
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival
- assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service
- manage the flow of guests within the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining areas
- communicate effectively with dining room staff and kitchen team
- adhere to health and safety protocols throughout the shift
