Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Physical ability to remain stationary and move for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective gloves and face coverings
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions and multi-task effectively
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent first impressions
- Assist servers with delivering exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow and seating arrangements in the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining areas and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with dining room staff and employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including wearing protective gear
- Support a clean and safe dining environment through frequent hand washing and surface disinfecting
