Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to provide friendly and welcoming guest service
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume guest interactions with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and wait lists
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
- Escort guests to their tables promptly
- Take reservations and manage the wait list when necessary
- Coordinate with the front-of-house service team to maintain smooth seating flow
- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality throughout guest interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front entrance and hosting area
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve seating requests or issues efficiently
