Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Willingness to adhere to physical demands of the role and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
Basic computer skills for managing reservations and waitlists

Job Duties

Greet each guest with a smile upon entering the restaurant
Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations
Attend to guests by delivering special experiences
Escort guests to their tables ensuring a seamless dining experience
Offer a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on team and guest needs ensuring every decision benefits both
Maintain high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
