Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
available to work late nights
passion for food and people
energetic attitude and personality
willingness to take direction and work independently or as part of a team
ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, bend
able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily
willingness to learn and develop
reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
teamwork-oriented mindset
basic knowledge of reservation protocols beneficial

Job Duties

welcome and seat guests in a timely manner
manage phone calls and reservations
maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
assist other team members as needed
manage seating chart and guest flow
comply with health and safety standards
perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities
