Job Duties

Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
taking reservations
greeting and seating guests
thanking guests as they depart
assigning all necessary tables pre-shift and providing servers with appropriate chits
answering phones throughout the shift and directing calls to appropriate personnel
pulling out chairs, seating guests, and providing menus
performing opening and closing side work such as cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand
