Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
- Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a strong team environment
- Live out the CPK High 5 values including passion for the brand and team
- Assist in managing guest flow and seating arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly
