Job Duties

  • welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
  • guide guests to their assigned tables and present clean menus
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest and team member touch points
  • manage guest seating and coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely service
  • provide suggestions to enhance the guest dining experience
  • thank guests sincerely at the end of their visit and invite them back
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
