Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and punctual
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Duties

Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
Accurately quote wait times to guests
Seat guests in a clean and sanitary environment
Accommodate guest needs and preferences
Maintain a welcoming and lively atmosphere
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
Uphold the Yard House house rules during shifts
