Job Requirements
- must be 17 years or older
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math skills for managing reservations
- ability to work as part of a team
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- escort guests to their tables
- manage reservations and wait lists when necessary
- provide excellent customer service
- ensure the front of house area is clean and organized
- communicate effectively with the team and kitchen staff
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
