Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and coworkers
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout, including table divisions into server areas and food delivery processes
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
- Learn and manage curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work assigned for each shift
