Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to participate in the 401(k) plan

- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their servers ensuring a smooth transition
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain hygiene standards
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist in managing guest flow and seating arrangements efficiently during peak dining hours
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere
