Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to participate in the 401(k) plan
Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to handle high volume and fast-paced situations calmly
Compliance with health and safety regulations
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm smile and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
Introduce guests to their servers ensuring a smooth transition
Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain hygiene standards
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
Assist in managing guest flow and seating arrangements efficiently during peak dining hours
Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere
