Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Understanding our guest-obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
- Multi-tasking including clearing and cleaning tables, seating guests, answering phone calls and taking reservations and take-out orders
- Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues plus one to ensure overall guest satisfaction
