Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
must be able to stand for extended periods
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
proficiency with POS and reservation systems
strong organizational skills
positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

greet guests confidently
ensure lobby, foyer, and host stand are sparkling and clutter-free
maintain cleanliness of the outside storefront
use POS, reservation, and scheduling software proficiently
uphold proper phone etiquette
complete quizzes and final exams with 90 percent or better
ensure sanitation standards are upheld
