Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of host stations and dining areas
  • Manage guest waitlists and seating to optimize dining flow
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff about guest needs and table availability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including frequent sanitization
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
