Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during peak hours
- engage in polite and welcoming conversation while introducing guests to their servers
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest areas and touch points regularly
- thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- coordinate with the serving and kitchen staff to optimize guest flow
- handle guest inquiries and provide accurate wait time information
