Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Provide a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting guests to tables
- Take reservations and manage wait lists when necessary
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Maintain the seating chart and organize guest flow to optimize table turnover
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the front of house area
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related concerns
