Job Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Provide customers with special experiences
Escort customers to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on your team and customers ensuring every decision considers their needs
