Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- Maintain an organized waitlist and monitor table availability
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host station and lobby area
- Provide guests with accurate information about wait times and restaurant offerings
- Support the team with additional tasks during busy periods
