Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- manage seating arrangements and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow
- ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained in the host area and guest touchpoints
- present guests with clean menus and assist with menu inquiries or special requests
- maintain clear communication with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service
- thank guests sincerely at the end of their visit and invite them to return
- handle guest concerns or special accommodations with professionalism and care
