Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues politely
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties

Manage the lobby experience
Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for our guests
Coordinate guest seating efficiently to maintain flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of host area
Communicate guest wait times and seating information clearly
Support team members during peak service times
