Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming environment
  • Manage the seating of guests efficiently to minimize wait times
  • Sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points regularly
  • Present clean menus to guests and offer helpful dining suggestions
  • Thank guests sincerely for their visit and invite them to return
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
  • Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
