Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming environment
- Manage the seating of guests efficiently to minimize wait times
- Sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points regularly
- Present clean menus to guests and offer helpful dining suggestions
- Thank guests sincerely for their visit and invite them to return
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
- Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
