Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team with an eye for details and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a smile when they enter the restaurant
- Accurately quote wait times and manage reservation schedules
- Attend to guests providing special experiences
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a flawless seating experience
- Deliver a warm farewell and invitation to return
- Focus on your team and customers keeping them in mind in every decision
