Job Requirements

  • must have a current food handler license
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining flow
  • answer phone calls and take to-go orders efficiently
  • assist in cleaning and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • support front of house operations through effective communication with kitchen and staff
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • help create a welcoming and team-focused environment for guests and staff
