Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills to manage reservations and seating efficiently
Basic knowledge of phone systems and reservation software is a plus
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable well-timed and pleasant
Taking reservations greeting and seating guests and thanking guests as they depart
Assigning all necessary tables pre-shift and providing servers with appropriate chits
Answering phones throughout the shift and directing calls to appropriate personnel as necessary
Pulling out chairs seating guests providing menus once seated
Performing additional opening and closing side work-related job duties including cleaning stocking and setting up host stand for next shift
