Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to remain mobile and exert well-paced physical activity for up to four hours
- Capability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Must follow disinfectant and hygiene protocols
- Commitment to making an impact in guest experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tips
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing
- Support a positive and fun work environment
