Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong communication skills
customer-focused attitude
ability to stand for extended periods
basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is preferred
adherence to dress code and professional conduct expected

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with restaurant operations and menu items is a plus

Job Duties

greet guests as they arrive to the restaurant
manage reservations and seating arrangements
provide guests with menu information and answer questions
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience
ensure compliance with restaurant policies and standards
assist with any special guest requests or needs
