High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Customer service experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
Sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points regularly
Present guests with clean menus and provide menu suggestions
Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
Assist with coordinating guest flow during busy periods
