Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and friendly personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for the matching 401(k) plan

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and engaged hospitality
- Seat guests and introduce them to their server
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of various guest touch points regularly
- Assist in coordinating seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to enhance guest experience
