Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of customer service principles
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties

Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
Accurately quote wait times to manage guest expectations
Seat guests in a clean and sanitary environment

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
