Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of experience in customer service
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Friendly and outgoing personality
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of reservation software is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart
Organize guest seating and manage waitlists
Make small talk with guests to enhance their experience
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Put guests at ease during wait times
Maintain a clean and organized host station
Support the service team as needed
