Job Duties

greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
guide guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
present guests with clean menus and assist with suggestions
ensure guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
maintain cleanliness in the host station and waiting areas
manage reservations and waitlists effectively
