Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must be able to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
- must be able to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification within 60 days of hire
- prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment preferred

- High school diploma or higher
- ability to effectively communicate verbally with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests

Job Duties
- Welcome patrons into the restaurant and seat them
- provide menus or inform about QR code scanner for menus and ordering
- say goodbye and thank customers
- complete normal and additional cleaning and sanitation tasks
- maintain clean and stocked restrooms
- answer customer questions about food, beers, and merchandise
- know and understand fundamentals of beers and brewing process
- look for ways to improve guest experience and alert manager of any issues
- be properly dressed and organized
- clock in on time
- be positive and proactive with guests and co-workers
- work as a team to ensure a smooth work environment
- treat every guest as your own
- assist other staff as needed
- perform other related duties as assigned
