Job Duties
- Welcoming guests as they arrive and creating a warm, friendly first impression
- managing reservations and maintaining an organized waiting list
- seating guests strategically to ensure a smooth flow and balanced server rotation
- answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant and menu
- checking in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience
- assisting with guest concerns and working with the team to provide solutions
- maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
- creating a positive and lasting final impression as guests leave
