Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests as they arrive and creating a warm, friendly first impression
  • managing reservations and maintaining an organized waiting list
  • seating guests strategically to ensure a smooth flow and balanced server rotation
  • answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant and menu
  • checking in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience
  • assisting with guest concerns and working with the team to provide solutions
  • maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
