Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods
- Answer guests' questions regarding the menu and restaurant policies
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the host area
- Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- Provide excellent customer service to create a positive first impression
