Job Duties
- Greets guests warmly and escorts them to a table balancing the flow among server stations
- Ensures table selection follows proper rotation and seating preferences
- Utilizes customer paging system when applicable
- Assists with seating requests and provides clean menus
- Relays guest information to service staff and requests customer feedback
- Maintains clean and organized station and necessary supplies
- Answers telephones promptly with appropriate greeting
- Responds to guest inquiries regarding hours, reservations, and directions
- Ensures backup coverage for host stand as needed
- Completes all side work requirements before, during, and after shift
- Checks restrooms for cleanliness and supply stocking
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of t-shirt cabinet and storage
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
