Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six to twelve months of experience in restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Conformity to hotel dress and grooming standards including no visible tattoos, no unnatural hair colors, and limited piercings
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as the first point of contact
- Manage waiting lists and provide accurate wait times
- Handle reservations and answer phone inquiries
- Organize seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Maintain professional appearance in line with hotel standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
