Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends
ability to stand or walk for extended periods
ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
ability to work in environments with bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds
manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment
ability to understand and follow safety standards at all times

prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred

Job Duties

Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner
meet, greet and seat guests to ensure positive guest experiences
make fair and consistent decisions on seating for guests and parties
provide information regarding all aspects of the restaurant and company including specials
tend to guest special needs and requests including making sure service staff and kitchen are aware of allergies
assist with delivering food to guests
support the busser department in set up, breakdown and cleaning of tables
observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences
constantly maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures
communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and coworkers
perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures
