Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
  • ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in environments with bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds
  • manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment
  • ability to understand and follow safety standards at all times

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner
  • meet, greet and seat guests to ensure positive guest experiences
  • make fair and consistent decisions on seating for guests and parties
  • provide information regarding all aspects of the restaurant and company including specials
  • tend to guest special needs and requests including making sure service staff and kitchen are aware of allergies
  • assist with delivering food to guests
  • support the busser department in set up, breakdown and cleaning of tables
  • observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
  • assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences
  • constantly maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures
  • communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and coworkers
  • perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
  • be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures
