Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid food handler license
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year experience in a similar host or customer service role
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • knowledge of restaurant reservation software preferred
  • current food handler license

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
  • manage restaurant reservations and seating rotation
  • answer phone calls and process to-go orders
  • assist in cleaning and resetting tables
  • maintain organized waitlist to optimize seating efficiency
  • communicate guest needs to front of house and kitchen staff
  • ensure a positive and professional environment for guests and team members
