Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid food handler license
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- dependable and punctual
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- excellent customer service orientation
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year experience in a similar host or customer service role
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- knowledge of restaurant reservation software preferred
- current food handler license

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
- manage restaurant reservations and seating rotation
- answer phone calls and process to-go orders
- assist in cleaning and resetting tables
- maintain organized waitlist to optimize seating efficiency
- communicate guest needs to front of house and kitchen staff
- ensure a positive and professional environment for guests and team members
